摘要
最大试验安全间隙(Maximum Experimental Safe Gap,MESG)是爆炸安全领域衡量可爆介质传爆能力的重要参数。研发了MESG测量装置,为大连理工大学安全工程专业本科生开设了MESG测量教学实验项目。介绍了装置的设计思路,详细叙述了教学实验的设置及实施过程,包括实验项目设置的必要性及定位、实验讲义及教学PPT制作、实验知识点分解、实验操作模式,最后探讨了针对学生的达成度评价方式与针对实验的教学效果评价。结果表明,本实验项目能够提高学生的动手能力和学习兴趣,促使学生深入理解MESG参数的定义及意义,增强学生对爆炸安全领域复杂工程问题的解决能力。
The maximum experimental safety gap(MESG for short)is an important parameter to eval-uate the explosion propagation capacity of combustible medium in the field of explosion safety.The MESG measurement apparatus was developed,and an undergraduate teaching experiment of MESG measurement for safety engineering major in our university was set up.The design idea of the apparatus was introduced.The specific implementation process of teaching experiment was described in detail,including the necessity and positioning of experimental setting,the production of experimental handouts and teaching ppt,the content setting of experimental courses and experimental operation.The evalua-tion methods of students' achievement and the evaluation of experimental teaching effect were dis-cussed.Results indicated that,this experimental can improve students’practical ability and interest,deeply understand the definition and significance of MESG parameters,and enhance students' ability to solve complex engineering problems in the field of explosion safety.
