南沙参总黄酮的提取工艺及抗氧化活性研究

摘要 以南沙参为研究对象,利用超声波辅助提取的方法探索超声对南沙参总黄酮提取率的影响,并研究其抗氧化活性。以南沙参总黄酮提取率为指标,考察料液比、乙醇浓度、超声功率和超声时间对南沙参总黄酮提取率的影响。结果表明:当乙醇浓度为90%、料液比1∶15(g∶mL)、超声功率120 W、超声时间20 min时,超声波辅助提取南沙参总黄酮提取率达0.46%。以维生素C为阳性对照,结果显示南沙参总黄酮对ABTS+自由基和DPPH自由基的最大清除率分别为96.74%和38%。结果表明南沙参总黄酮具有良好的抗氧化活性,是一种潜在的天然抗氧化剂。 Adenophorae Radix was used as raw material,the optimum extraction technology of Adenophorae Radix was studied.The single factor experiment and resonse surface methodlogy were adopted to study the effects of enzymatic time,compound enzyme dosage,and solid-to-liquid ratio on the extraction content of Adenophorae Radix.The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:ethanol concentration of 90%,solid-to-liquid ratio of 1∶15(g∶mL),ultrasonic power of 120 W,and extraction time of 20 min,the yield of total flavonoids was 0.46%.Using vitamin C as a positive control,the results showed that the maximum clearance rates of total flavonoids from Adenophorae Radix on ABTS+and DPPH·were 96.74%and 38%.Therefore,it had strong antioxidant activity,It was a potential natural antioxidant.
