摘要
目的:探讨心率-摄氧量线性指标(K)推测18~25岁大学生最大摄氧量(VO_(2max))的可行性。方法:随机招募健康、无专业运动经历的高校学生266名,分为方程建立组(n=200)和回代检验组(n=66)。测量身高、体重和安静心率等指标,并按照要求完成心肺运动试验测得VO_(2max)。采用逐步回归法建立方程,选取最优方程进行回代检验。结果:最优方程为:绝对VO_(2max)=2.248+0.253×性别+0.03×体重+0.339×K-0.011×安静心率[R=0.939,SEE=0.239 L·min-1(P<0.01),性别:男=1、女=0]。方差分析、拟合优度检验、VIF检验、Shapiro-Wilk检验、Durbin-Watson检验提示方程信度较好;皮尔逊积矩相关分析、配对t检验、Bland-Altman一致性检验提示方程效度较好。结论:采用K建立的回归方程能够用于推测18~25岁大学生的VO_(2max)。
Objective:To explore the feasibility of predicting the maximum oxygen uptake(VO_(2max))of college students aged 18 to 25 years by the heart rate-oxygen uptake linear index(K).Methods:266 healthy,college students without professional exercise experience were randomly recruited and divided into equation building group(n=200)and back generation test group(n=66).Height,body mass and quiet heart rate were measured,and VO_(2max)was measured by cardiorespiratory exercise test.The equation was established by stepwise regression method,and the best equation was selected for back generation testing.Results:The best equation was:absolute VO_(2max)=2.248+0.253×gender+0.03×body mass+0.339×K-0.011×quiet heart rate[R=0.939,SEE=0.239 L/min(P<0.01),gender:male=1,female=0].ANOVA,goodness of fit test,VIF test,Shapiro-Wilk test,and Durbin-Watson test suggested good reliability of the equation.Pearson product moment correlation analysis,paired t-test and Bland-Altman consistency test suggested good validity of the equation.Conclusions:The regression equation based on K can be used to predict VO_(2max)of college students aged 18 to 25 years.
