有源电力滤波器驱动保护电路的设计及仿真分析

摘要 本文根据有源电力滤波器的应用环境和运行特点,设计了IGBT驱动保护电路,并对保护效果展开了仿真验证。采用RCD吸收电路实现过电压保护,利用过电流检测与“软关断”方法实现过电流保护,运用散热片和温控开关实现过热保护。根据设计方案,使用Multisim 14.0仿真软件,分别进行了驱动电路正常工作仿真和瞬时过流故障仿真。结果表明,在正常工况下,输出驱动信号的仿真值与理论值十分接近;在发生瞬时过流故障时,经过1μs的延时后触发保护动作,在故障排除后电压缓慢恢复至正常电压,达到了驱动保护目的。 In this paper,according to the application environment and operation characteristics of active power filter,the IGBT drive protection circuit is designed,and the protection effect is verified by simulation.Overvoltage protection is achieved by RCD absorption circuit,overcurrent detection and soft off method,and overheat protection is achieved by heat sink and temperature control switch.According to the design scheme,using Multisim 14.0 simulation software,the normal operation simulation and instantaneous overcurrent fault simulation of the drive circuit are respectively carried out.The results show that under normal conditions,the simulated value of the output drive signal is very close to the theoretical value.When the transient overcurrent fault occurs,the protection action is triggered after a delay of 1μs.After the fault is removed,the voltage slowly returns to the normal voltage to achieve the purpose of drive protection.
