摘要 针对目前甘蔗切种机伤芽率高、切种效率低的难题,设计了一台基于机器视觉的甘蔗多刀切种装备。装备采用传送链横向输送甘蔗,由相机采集整张甘蔗图像并识别茎节位置,根据农艺的要求确定双芽段蔗种切割点位置;上位机通过TCP通信将切割点位置发送给PLC,进而由PLC控制5把切刀横向定位及同步切割。由于装备的核心是采用机器视觉技术对甘蔗茎节进行识别,因而提出了一种基于机器视觉的甘蔗茎节实时识别新算法。试验结果表明:装备的茎节识别率为95.3%,切刀平均定位精度为0.07%,可满足优质双芽段蔗种的农艺需求。 Aiming at the problems of high sprout damage rate and low cutting efficiency of sugarcane cutting,a sugarcane multi-cutter cutting equipment based on machine vision was designed.The seed cutting equipment uses conveyor chains to transport sugarcane horizontally.The whole sugarcane image is collected by camera and the location of stem nodes is identified.According to the requirement of agronomy,the location of cutting point of double bud segment is determined.The upper computer sends the location of cutting point to PLC through TCP communication,and then PLC controls the horizontal positioning and synchronous cutting of multi cutters.The core of the equipment is to use machine vision technology to identify sugarcane stem nodes.A new algorithm for real-time identification of sugarcane stem nodes based on machine vision is proposed.The experiment shows that the recognition rate of the equipment is 95.3%,and the average cutter positioning accuracy is 0.07%,which meets the agronomic needs of high-quality double bud sugarcane segment.
