摘要
拖拉机底盘作为承载拖拉机的重要部件之一,是保证拖拉机完成各项田间工作重要基础条件之一。为此,在保证拖拉机最大负载的前提下,减轻拖拉机底盘的质量和强度是拖拉机底盘优化的重要条件。针对以上问题,以拖拉机底盘优化为基础条件,在考虑拖拉机底盘具有足够的弯曲刚度的前提下,可以获得更好的田间工作性能。选取拖拉机底盘最大应力、最大等边应力和挠度作为拖拉机底盘设计的评价指标,通过拖拉机底盘两个不同的截面,即C和I进行拖拉机底盘的建模,通过正交阵列方法得到各个截面的最佳参数。采用数值模型分析腹板厚度、上翼缘厚度和下翼缘厚度等参数的影响,并对不同截面进行应力分析来确定最大挠度和应力。研究结果可为实现拖拉机底盘的优化设计提供技术参考。
Tractor floor as one of the important parts to carry the tractor,is to ensure that the tractor to complete all the field work one of the important basic conditions,in the premise of ensuring the maximum load of the tractor,reduce the weight and strength of the tractor chassis is an important condition of the tractor chassis optimization.In view of the above problems,this study takes tractor chassis optimization as the basic condition,and can obtain better field work performance under the premise of considering the tractor chassis with sufficient bending stiffness,and selects the maximum stress,maximum equilateral stress and deflection of tractor chassis as the evaluation index of tractor chassis design,and models the tractor chassis by two different cross sections of tractor chassis,namely C and I.Through the orthogonal array method to obtain the optimum parameters of each cross section.Numerical models were used to analyze the effects of parameters such as web thickness,upper flange thickness and lower flange thickness,and stress analysis was performed on the different cross sections to determine the maximum deflection and stress.The results of the study provide technical reference and reference for the optimization design of tractor chassis.
