摘要
为有效提高甲醛含量的检测工作质量,对能力验证样品中甲醛含量的测定进行不确定评定,分析测量结果各不确定分量对不确定总量的贡献,确定主要影响因素。结果显示,本次测量不确定度主要来源依次为重复性测定、萃取液体积及分析仪器。因此,试验过程中操作人员应熟知相关标准要求,掌握相关操作技术,从而提高试验的精密度和准确度。
In order to effectively improve the quality of detection of formaldehyde content,The uncertainty of the determination of formaldehyde content in the capability verification samples was evaluated and the contribution of each uncertainty component to the total uncertainty was analyzed to determine the major impact factors.The results show that The main sources of measurement uncertainty are from repeatability measurement,extraction liquid volume and analysis instrument Separately.It is considered that the operators should be familiar with the requirements of relevant standards and master the operation skills during the experiment,which can improve the precision and accuracy of the test.
