摘要
离心泵性能曲线测定实验是化工原理基础实验的重要内容,其使用插值法来估算水的密度,实验数据经过计算后进行非线性拟合,并绘制离心泵性能曲线,过程繁琐、效率低。MATLAB软件是当前应用最为广泛的软件之一,可以通过实用简单的编程功能对数据进行批量插值、运算、拟合及绘图等。因此,为满足实验数据处理要求,将MATLAB软件应用于离心泵性能曲线测定实验的数据处理中,结果表明MATLAB软件处理离心泵性能曲线测定实验数据更加快捷、准确、高效。
The measurement experiment of the characteristic curve of centrifugal pump is an important content of the basic experiment of the principles of chemical engineering.It uses interpolation method to estimate the density of water.After calculating the experimental data,nonlinear fitting is carried out and the characteristic curve of centrifugal pump is drawn.The process is cumbersome and inefficient.MATLAB software is currently one of the most widely used software,which can perform batch interpolation,operation,fitting and drawing of data through practical and simple programming functions.Therefore,in order to meet the requirements of experimental data processing,MATLAB software was applied to the measurement experimental data processing of centrifugal pump characteristic curve.The results showed that MATLAB software was faster,more accurate and more efficient in processing experimental data of centrifugal pump characteristic curve measurement.
