摘要
更新是当前城市发展的方向,针对城市更新对既有建筑物绿色拆除的需求,为进一步降低拆除过程中产生的资源浪费和环境负荷,以深圳市碧海花园项目拆除改造为例,开展对中心城区绿色拆除的探究,通过合理规划,科学分配在一定程度上降低了拆除工作的资源浪费,减轻对环境的负荷和破坏,同时总结了目前绿色拆除研究中关于智慧技术的应用情况,为城市更新的绿色拆除积累了经验。
Renewal is the current urban development direction,which requires green demolition of existing urban renewal buildings.In order to further reduce the resource waste and environmental load in the demolition process,this paper takes Bihai Garden demolition and renovation project in Shenzhen as example,explores the green demolition in central district.Through reasonable planning,scientific distribution can reduce resource waste and environment damage in demolition process to a certain extent.At the same time it summarizes the current green demolition research on the application of smart technology,which accumulates experience for green demolition in urban renewal.
