摘要
本设计主要工作是设计出一款结构紧凑合理,材料为全塑料高密聚乙烯的进气消音器,采用CAE设计分析方法对进气消音器的强度进行计算分析。CAE软件能够提供从分析部分部件性能到系统级设计所需的全部工具,用于众多类型的汽车仿真分析,针对塑料零部件的设计分析,能够仿真对结构整体性能,塑料件尤其重视对整体性能的仿真结果,而不是关注局部特性。通过计算结果分析找出薄弱环节,提出改进方案,确保结构改进强度。
The main work of this design is to design a compact and reasonable structure,the material is all plastic high-density polyethylene intake muffler.Whether cae software can provide all the tools needed from analyzing the performance of some parts to system-level design for many types of automobile simulation analysis,whether the design analysis of plastic parts can simulate the overall performance of the structure,plastic parts pay special attention to the simulation results of the overall performance,rather than paying attention to local muffler,characteristics.using CAE desingn analysis method to calculate and analyze the strength of the intake,through the analysis of the calution results to find out the weak link,put forward the improvement plan,to ensure the structure of ipmproved strength.
