摘要
大学生党员是青年学生中的“关键少数”,是全面依法治国的生力军。面向大学生党员这一特定群体开展法治教育,在为党和国家育人储才的同时,也可以为高校党建注入新内容和新动力,促进学生党员作用更好发挥。习近平法治思想是全面依法治国的根本遵循,是开展大学生党员法治教育的理论依据。以习近平法治思想开展大学生党员法治教育应围绕法治价值观塑造、法治知识传授、法治能力培养三个方面进行。
Party members of college students are the"key minority"among young students,and they are the new force for comprehensively governing the country according to law.To carry out the rule of law education for the specific group of college party members,it can educate and store talents for the Party and the country,and also it can inject new content and new impetus into the party building in col⁃leges and universities,and promote the role of student party members to better play.The use of Xi Jin⁃ping law thought to carry out the legal education of college student party members should focus on the shaping of legal value,imparting the legal knowledge,and training the legal ability.
