基于WIM的江苏省干线公路桥梁车辆荷载统计模型

摘要 为建立江苏省干线公路桥梁车辆荷载统计模型,基于典型公路桥梁动态称重系统(WIM)实测数据,归类出了通行车辆的代表车型,并建立了各车辆参数的统计模型.首先,统计分析了不同车轴车辆的车流量变化规律;然后,采用k-means算法,根据车轴距归类出了13类代表车型,并研究了各轴轴重随车重的变化规律;在此基础上,采用混合分布拟合了车辆荷载概率密度函数,并采用广义Pareto分布(GPD)拟合了车辆荷载截口分布;最后,对车辆的到达时间间隔和行车间距进行统计分析.结果表明:车重概率密度分布具有明显的双峰或多峰分布特征;随着车重的增加,各车轴承重比例逐渐趋于定值,并且联轴下的各轴轴重具有一致的变化规律;此外,由于附近交通信号灯的影响,超过50 t的车辆同时出现在桥梁上的概率达到9.31%. Aiming to map the statistical model of vehicle loads for arterial highway bridges in Jiangsu Province,the typical vehicles in daily operations are categorized based on the recorded data provided by a weight-in-motion system(WIM)mounted on a representative highway bridge.Herein,statistical models for vehicle parameters are established.First,the traffic flows of vehicles with different axles are statistically analyzed.Then,the major vehicles in daily operation are categorized into 13 representative vehicle types according to axle spacing using the k-means method;the variations of axle load with vehicle weight are presented.On this basis,the mixture distribution is employed to fit the probability density function of vehicle loads.In addition,the distributions of vehicle weight over thresholds are presented utilizing generalized Pareto distribution(GPD).Finally,the time and distance intervals between arrivals are statistically analyzed.The results indicate that the probability density distributions of vehicle weight are subject to bimodal or multimodal distributions.Meanwhile,the ratio of axle weight to vehicle weight tends to constant with the increase of vehicle weight,and the axle weight of each axle under the coupling axle has a consistent change law.In addition,the probability of vehicles heavier than 50 t moving on the bridge at the same time reaches 9.31%due to the influence of the traffic lights near the bridge.
