稀土La改性污泥制备介孔陶粒及其除磷性能研究

Study on Adsorption Mechanism of Phosphorus in Water by Mesoporous Ceramsite Prepared from Rare Earth La Modified Sludge

摘要 随着我国城镇化的高速发展,污水处理产生的污泥量迅速增加,随之而来污泥的处理和处置也越来越突出。本研究以污水处理厂污泥为主要原料,通过稀土金属La改性污泥后,添加粉煤灰、蒙脱石为辅料制备得到一种介孔污泥陶粒(MSC),并探讨了其对模拟含磷废水的吸附性能。研究结果表明,当改性污泥:粉煤灰:蒙脱石质量配比为4:3:1制备得到的MSC具有丰富的孔隙结构,其比表面积为4.292m^(2)/g,单孔孔容为0.627cm^(3)/g;当pH为5.0的条件下,投加量为10g/L时,MSC对模拟废水(总磷浓度10mg/L)中磷酸盐吸附率达到98.5%。 With the continuous development of urban industrialization,the disposal problem of sludge solid waste is increasingly significant.With La modified sludge as the main raw material,add fly ash,montmorillonite was prepared a kind of mesoporous sludge ceramsite(MSC).The adsorption performance of sludge ceramsite was tested by simulating phosphorus-containing wastewater with KH2PO4 solution.The results showed that,with the mass ratio of modified sludge:fly ash:montmorillonite was 4:3:1,the prepared MSC had rich pore structure.The specific surface area of MSC was 4.292 m^(2)/g,and the single pore volume of MSC was 0.627 cm^(3)/g.The phosphorus adsorption rate of 10 mg/L simulated phosphorus solution at pH 5 and dosage 10 g/L was 98.5%.
