基于问题的学习教学法在骨质疏松临床带教中的应用研究进展

摘要 骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)为内分泌科常见的一种全身性代谢性骨病,是以单位体积中的骨量减少、骨微结构改变为典型特征。基于骨质疏松的退行性病理表现,增加患者的骨折风险,若保健不到位,可诱发相关并发症。骨质疏松症所涉及到临床科室偏多,且患者的病情复杂,因此对医务人员临床理论知识和疾病的鉴别能力提出了更高的要求。临床带教除了培养并增强学生的理论知识,还需将其应用在临床实践中。基于问题的学习教学法是近几年教育界应用广泛的教学手段,包括工程技术、商学院、医学院等多个领域。本文针对骨质疏松临床带教,分析基于问题学习教学法运用在骨质疏松中的现状进行如下综述。 Osteoporosis(OP)is a common systemic metabolic bone disease in endocrinology.It is characterized by reduced bone mass per unit volume and changes in bone microstructure.Based on the degenerative pathological manifestations of osteoporosis,it is increase the patient's risk of fracture.If the health care is not in place,it can induce related complications.There are too many clinical departments involved,and the patient's condition is complex.Therefore,higher requirements are put forward for medical staff's clinical theoretical knowledge and disease identification ability.In addition to cultivating and enhancing students'theoretical knowledge,clinical teaching also needs to apply it in clinical practice.Problem-based learning teaching method is a teaching method widely used in the education sector in recent years,including engineering technology,business schools,medical schools and other fields.this article focuses on clinical teaching of osteoporosis and analyzes the current status of the application of problem-based learning teaching methods in osteoporosis.
