数控机械加工效率优化措施探讨

摘要 制造业是国民经济的基础产业,在国民经济发展以及维护国家经济安全中发挥着举足轻重的作用。当前我国已经成为首屈一指的制造大国,制造业产值居全球首位,是美国、日本、德国制造业产值的总和。推动制造业由大到强是当前我国制造业发展的核心任务,而数控机械加工效率优化则在增强制造业竞争力中发挥着重要的作用。受设备因素、工艺因素、时间因素、管理因素、信息因素、人员因素等多重因素的影响,当前数控机械加工面临着效率不高的问题。文章基于此,以数控机械加工效率优化措施为研究内容,从严格数控机械的选择、改进数控机械的工艺、控制单件加工的时间、优化数控机械的管理、深化信息技术的应用、加强专业人才的培养五个方面提出策略。 Manufacturing is the basic industry of the national economy,which plays a pivotal role in the development of the national economy and the maintenance of national Economic security.Currently,China has become a leading manufacturing country,with manufacturing output ranking first in the world,accounting for the total value of manufacturing output in the United States,Japan,and Germany.Promoting the development of the manufacturing industry from large to strong is currently the core task of China's manufacturing industry,and optimizing the efficiency of CNC machining plays an important role in enhancing the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry.Due to multiple factors such as equipment,process,time,management,information,and personnel,CNC machining currently faces the problem of low efficiency.Based on this,the article takes the optimization measures of CNC machining efficiency as the research content,and proposes strategies from five aspects:strict selection of CNC machinery,improvement of CNC machinery process,control of single piece machining time,optimization of CNC machinery management,deepening of information technology application,and strengthening the cultivation of professional talents.
