摘要
非接触式回转体测量系统,以三坐标测量仪为平台,在其基础上设计高精度转台带动工件回转,以光电非接触式位移传感器为测头,通过三坐标带动测头移动实现回转体的内外径测量。对于复杂外形的工件,测头的运动路径对测量效率和测量精度都有较大影响,针对多个台阶面的回转体测量过程中的路径规划开展研究,分析测头的运动路径对测量精度的影响,通过蚁群算法对测头的运动路径进行规划。实验表明,蚁群算法相对比较稳定,对于回转体零件的测量精度达到5µm,测量效率也有明显优势。
The non-contact rotary body measurement system takes the coordinate measuring instrument as the platform,on the basis of which the high-precision rotary table is designed to drive the workpiece to rotate.And the photoelectric non-contact displacement sensor is used as the probe to drive the probe movement through the three coordinates to realize the measurement of the inner and outer diameter of the rotary body.For the workpiece with complicated shape,the motion path of the probe has a great influence on the measurement efficiency and measurement accuracy.This paper studies the path planning of the rotating body in the process of rotating body measurement of multiple step planes.The influence of motion path of probe on measurement accuracy is analyzed.And the motion path of probe is planned by ant colony algorithm.Ex-periments show that the ant colony algorithm is relatively stable,and the measuring accuracy of the rotating parts reaches 5μm.At the same time,the measurement efficiency also has obvious advantages.
