摘要
脊髓损伤是临床常见的,严重影响生活质量的疾病之一,涉及多种复杂的病理过程,目前并没有有效的特异治疗方法.近年来,间充质干细胞移植在脊髓损伤的研究中取得有效进展,但其存活率较低且不良反应较多.间充质干细胞分泌的外泌体具备与干细胞相似的作用,并且弥补了干细胞的一些缺陷,已被广泛的用于脊髓损伤修复和再生的研究.外泌体中包含多种复杂的物质,可以通过修复血-脊髓屏障、抑制炎症反应、减少神经元凋亡、促进少突胶质细胞增殖、促进神经元再生等途径促进脊髓损伤的修复,其中涉及多种复杂的信号通路.本文拟对外泌体促进脊髓损伤修复的不同途径和相关蛋白研究作一综述.
Spinal cord injury is a prevalent clinical condition that significantly impacts a patient’s life,involving various complex pathological processes.Unfortunately,there is no effective and specific treatment available.However,in recent years,the transplantation of mesenchymal stem cells has been effectively studied in spinal cord injury.Despite its potential benefits,the survival rate of transplanted cells is low,and it has many side effects.mesenchymal stem cells(MCS)-derived exosomes have been extensively utilized in studies focused on repairing and regenerating spinal cord injuries due to their comparable efficacy to stem cells but with fewer drawbacks.Exosomes contain a variety of substances that have been shown to promote spinal cord injury regeneration.Specifically,studies have found that MSC-derived exosomes inhibit inflammation,repair the blood-spinal cord barrier,reduce neuronal apoptosis,promote oligodendrocyte proliferation,and stimulate neuronal regeneration through complex signaling pathways.This paper provides a review of the various proteins and pathways involved in exosome-mediated spinal cord injury repair.
