摘要
针对传统防爆柴油机单轨吊存在的运行速度低、尾气污染严重等问题,为其设计了一种新型分布式混合动力驱动系统,制定了基于模糊规则的控制策略并进行了试验验证。首先,设计了分布式混合动力系统架构,制定了小坡度重载和大坡度轻载2种工况并完成主要部件选型及参数匹配;其次,基于模糊规则制定了控制策略并利用MATLAB建立控制模型;最后,利用AMESim和MATLAB开展联合仿真试验。结果表明,采用分布式混合动力系统并配合模糊控制策略,能够在大幅提升原单轨吊运行速度的同时,也显著降低其尾气污染程度。
Aiming at the problems of the traditional explosion-proof diesel monorail crane,such as low running speed and serious exhaust pollution,a new distributed hybrid drive system was designed for the monorail crane,and a control strategy based on fuzzy rules was developed and tested.First of all,the distributed hybrid system architecture is designed,and two working conditions of low gradient and heavy load and high gradient and light load are developed.The selection of major components and parameter matching are completed.Secondly,the control strategy is established based on fuzzy rules and the control model is established by MATLAB.Finally,use AMESim and MATLAB to carry out cosimulation test.The results show that the distributed hybrid power system combined with fuzzy control strategy can greatly improve the running speed of the original monorail crane,but also significantly reduce its exhaust pollution.
