Talbol级配下矸石集料承载特性与声发射响应特征研究

摘要 为研究Talbol级配下矸石压缩过程中破碎变形特征及声发射响应规律,采用岩石力学伺服液压试验系统与声发射监测系统,开展了Talbol指数(n=0.2,n=0.5,n=0.8)和轴向应力(2.5、5.0、7.5、10.0 MPa)影响下矸石侧限压缩试验。研究了矸石压缩变形破坏与粒径分形特征,建立了矸石应力应变与AE事件、AE能量等声发射参数之间的关系。实验结果表明:n=0.5时,Talbol级配理论公式符合W.B.Fuller理论理想公式,矸石体系具有最大干密度,抵抗变形能力较强;同一轴向应力下,前期小颗粒粒径占比大,抵抗变形能力较强,Talbol指数n由0.2增大至0.8,矸石分形维数D由2.82减小至2.41,矸石体系较稳定,不易发生破碎;具有连续性小粒径级配的矸石体系具有较好的压实特性,能量—应变曲线呈相关系数达0.99以上的y=ax关系模型,矸石声发射能量分布形式的阶段性变化与前期研究相比,显著性较低。 To study the crushing deformation characteristics and acoustic emission response law of gangue under Talbol gradation during compression,the rock mechanics servo-hydraulic test system and acoustic emission monitoring system were used to carry out the confined compression test of gangue under the influence of the Talbol index(n=0.2,n=0.5,n=0.8)and axial stress(2.5,5.0,7.5,10.0 MPa).The compression deformation failure and particle size fractal characteristics of gangue were studied in experiments.The relationship between the stress-strain of gangue and acoustic emission parameters such as AE events and AE energy was established.The experimental results show that:when n=0.5,the Talbol gradation theory formula is W.B.Fuller ideal theory formula,the gangue system has the maximum dry density and strong resistance to deformation;under the same axial stress,the small particle size occupies a large proportion in the early stage,and the resistance to deformation is strong,the Talbol index n increases from 0.2 to 0.8,and the fractal dimension D of gangue decreases from 2.82 to 2.41,the gangue system is stable and not easy to be broken;the gangue system with continuous small particle size gradation has good compaction characteristics,the strain-energy curve shows a linear function y=ax relationship model,and the correlation coefficient is above 0.99,the periodic change of the acoustic emission energy distribution form of gangue is lower than that of the previous research.
