摘要
对胸外科患者采用手术室护理干预,分析其对术后患者肺部感染的影响因素。选取在长春某医院进行胸外科手术的180例患者为护理干预对象,将其分为实验组和对照组,每组各90例。实验组给予手术室护理干预,对照组给予常规护理干预,比较两组患者病原菌检测、切口感染、感染控制、护理管理质量评分及患者对护理工作的满意度等。结果表明,实验组患者的护理质量管理评分、对护理工作满意率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);医院感染、病原菌检出率等均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。采用手术室护理干预可以提高胸外科术后患者的护理质量和患者对护理工作的满意率,减少肺部感染,降低不良反应发生率和医院感染率。
The study conducts operation room nursing intervention on thoracic surgery patients,and analyzes the influencing factors on postoperative pulmonary infection.A total of 180 patients undergoing thoracic surgery in a hospital in Changchun are selected as nursing intervention objects and divided into experimental group and control group,with 90 cases in each group.The experimental group receive operating room nursing intervention,and the control group receive routine nursing intervention.Pathogenic bacteria detection,incision infection,infection control,nursing management quality score and patients’satisfaction with nursing work are compared between the two groups.The results show that the nursing quality management score and satisfaction rate of nursing work in the experimental group are significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The detection rate of nosocomial infection and pathogenic bacteria are significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Operating room nursing intervention can improve the quality of nursing care and the satisfaction rate of nursing work of patients after thoracic surgery,reduce lung infection,decrease the incidence of adverse reactions and nosocomial infection.
