摘要
为提高煤层瓦斯含量测定中损失瓦斯量补偿计算精准度,以16组煤样为瓦斯吸附解吸试验研究对象,设置在0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0 MPa吸附平衡压力条件下,选取解吸时长分别为5、10、15、20、25、30 min的瓦斯解吸数据,运用√t法拟合补偿计算损失瓦斯量,分析不同解吸时长下解吸量和损失瓦斯量的拟合值与实测值误差。试验研究表明:损失瓦斯量的补偿计算值随着解吸时长的延长而减小,与实测值误差逐渐增大。解吸量的拟合值与实测值误差分为3个阶段:初期拟合值大于实测值,误差逐渐减小;中期阶段拟合值小于实测值,误差先增大后减小;后期阶段拟合值大于实测值,误差逐渐增大。在0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0 MPa吸附平衡压力下损失瓦斯量补偿计算的最佳解吸时长均为3 min,与标准值损失瓦斯量相对误差在-0.12%~0.18%,绝对误差在-0.04~0.14 cm^(3)/g,补偿计算的损失瓦斯量与标准值基本一致,提高了煤层瓦斯含量测定准确性。
Purpose improve the accuracy of compensation calculation of lost gas in the determination of coal seam gas content, 16 groups of coal samples are taken as the research object of gas adsorption and desorption test, set at the conditions of 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 MPa adsorption equilibrium pressure, select the gas desorption data with desorption time of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 minutes respectively, and use √t law of fitting compensation to calculate the lost gas, the error between the fitting value and the measured value of the desorption amount and the gas loss amount under different desorption time is analyzed. The experimental study shows that the calculated value of compensation for gas loss decreases with the prolongation of desorption time, and the error between the calculated value and the measured value increases gradually. The error between the fitting value of desorption and the measured value can be divided into three stages: the initial fitting value is greater than the measured value, and the error gradually decreases;in the middle stage, the fitting value is smaller than the measured value, and the error first increases and then decreases;in the later stage, the fitting value is greater than the measured value, and the error gradually increases. The optimum desorption time for the compensation calculation of the gas loss under the adsorption equilibrium pressure of 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 MPa is 3 min, and the relative error with the standard value of the gas loss is between-0.12% and 0.18%, and the absolute error is between-0.04 cm^(3)/g and 0.14 cm^(3)/g. The gas loss calculated by the compensation is basically consistent with the standard value, which improves the accuracy of the determination of the coal seam gas content.
