矩形巷道锚杆支护优化数值模拟分析研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了提升煤炭开采中巷道锚杆支护的性能,保证煤炭开采环境的安全性,通过矩形巷道锚杆支护优化数值模拟方法对巷道锚杆支护性能进行研究。通过分析巷道中围岩应力的汇集、传递中存在的偏差形成压力拱,确定形成压力拱系数,完成岩层应力变化情况分析,然后分析矩形巷道支护特性曲线之间的关系,确定矩形巷道失稳机理,引入连续介质力学分析软件以及摩尔-库伦模型,构建矩形巷道锚杆支护优化数值模拟模型。模拟结果表明:在采用相同锚杆规格时,可通过改变锚杆间排距的方式来提升支护的性能,实现矩形巷道锚杆支护优化。 In order to improve the performance of roadway bolt support in coal mining and ensure the safety of the coal mining environment, propose a numerical simulation method for optimizing rectangular roadway bolt support to study the performance of roadway bolt support. By analyzing the deviation in the collection and transmission of surrounding rock stress in the tunnel, a pressure arch is formed, and the coefficient of pressure arch formation is determined to complete the analysis of rock stress changes. Then, the relationship between the support characteristic curves of rectangular tunnels is analyzed to determine the instability mechanism of rectangular tunnels. Continuous medium mechanics analysis software and Mohr-Coulomb model are introduced to construct a numerical simulation model for optimizing anchor bolt support in rectangular tunnels. The simulation results indicate that when using the same anchor rod specifications, the performance of support can be improved by changing the spacing and row spacing of anchor rods, achieving optimization of rectangular tunnel anchor rod support.
