水轮发电机定子线棒主绝缘厚度减薄研究

摘要 介绍了以工作场强3.0 kV/mm级为设计目标,通过增大线棒角部曲率半径,设计制作内均压结构和应用新型的云母带作为主绝缘材料制作定子线棒,实施定子线棒主绝缘厚度的减薄,对减薄主绝缘厚度的定子线棒瞬时击穿电压和电老化寿命等进行考核验证,确认了定子线棒绝缘的可靠性。减薄后的定子线棒绝缘的工作场强可达到国内外先进水平。 With the working field strength of 3.0 kV/mm as the design target,the stator bar is made by increasing the fillet radius of conductor,adopting inner semi-conductive layer,and using new type mica tape as gound-wall insulation to reduce the ground-wall insulation thickness of the stator bars.The electrical performance and breakdown voltage of stator bars with reduced ground-wall thickness are tested and confirmed to ensure the reliability of stator bar insulation.After the ground-wall insulation of stator bar is thinned,the working field strength can reach the advanced level at home and abroad.
