箱式YXKK电机铸铁机座替换钢板机座的研究

摘要 YXKK箱式电机量大面广,为降低生产成本、缩短生产周期、提高生产效率,本文以一台YXKK355-4 355 kW 10 kV电机为研究对象,对钢板机座与铸铁机座的材料及应用进行了对比分析。借助数字化仿真技术,计算比较了两种机座结构下电机的传热特性,并对铸铁机座的固有频率和强度进行了计算分析。研究结果表明,铸铁机座结构定子绕组平均温升比钢板机座降低6 K,材料及应用方面相比于钢板机座占据优势,且铸铁机座的安全性能同样满足要求,证明了铸铁机座替换钢板机座的可行性。 Box-type YXKK motor has a large amount and a wide range.In order to reduce production cost,shorten production cycle and improve production efficiency,in this paper,taking a YXKK355-4355 kW 10 kV motor as the object for research,the material and application of steel plate frame and cast iron frame have been compared and analyzed;By means of digital simulation technology,the heat transfer characteristics of the motor in two types of frame structures were calculated and compared,the natural frequency and strength of cast iron frame were calculated and analyzed,with results showing that the average temperature rise of the stator windings of the cast iron frame structure was 6 K lower than that of the steel frame frame,the material and application superior to that of the steel plate frame,and meanwhile,the safety performance of the cast iron frame frame also meets the requirements.The feasibility of replacing steel plate frame with cast iron frame has been proved.
