一种用于柔性软管后挖沟挖沟工艺介绍

摘要 海底管道挖沟可以增加海管的稳定性,防止海管漂移和船舶抛锚拖拽拉扯等事故,而柔性管相较于钢管具有柔韧性和铺设施工方便等优势。目前国内柔性管多采用边铺边挖的施工工艺,柔性管埋深要求海床面以下2 m,由于不同海域土壤的剪切力不同,存在柔性管埋深不足的情况。通过国内某已服役柔性管后挖沟工程案例,介绍了喷射式后挖沟技术在柔性管挖沟中的应用。 Trenching of submarine pipelines can increase the stability of the pipeline,prevent pipeline drift,and prevent accidents such as ship anchoring and dragging,while flexible pipes have advantages such as flexibility and convenient laying construction compared to steel pipes.At present,the construction process of laying and excavating flexible pipes in China is mostly adopted,and the burial depth of flexible pipes requires 2 meters below the seabed.Due to the different shear forces of the soil in different sea areas,there is a situation where the burial depth of flexible pipes is insufficient.Through a case study of a flexible pipe trench excavation project that has already been in service in China,the application of jet type trench excavation technology in flexible pipe trench excavation is introduced.
