摘要 为梳理中国钢铁行业节能降耗空间潜力,通过物料平衡对国内典型的长流程钢铁企业(简称W钢厂)生产工序的物质流动进行研究。研究获得钢铁行业主要生产工序物质流流程。经计算,W钢厂整体钢比系数较低,钢材成材率较高。W钢厂的炼焦、烧结、炼铁、炼钢、钢加工工序的吨钢能耗分别为90.26、54.22、376.40、-12.27、97.50 kg标煤,其中炼焦、炼铁工序的吨钢能耗低于国内平均水平,烧结、炼钢、钢加工工序则均高于国内平均水平。总体而言,W钢厂能耗水平相较国内领先水平仍具有提升潜力,可以进一步降低烧结、炼钢、钢加工工序等方面的能耗。 In order to explore the potential of energy consumption reduction in China's steel industry,the material flow in the production process of typical long process iron and steel enterprise(referred to as W Steel plant)was studied through material balance.The material flow process of production process in steel plant was obtained.The overall steel ratio coefficient was low,and the yield of steel was high.The energy consumption per ton of steel in coking,sintering,ironmaking,steelmaking and steel processing was 90.26,54.22,376.40,-12.27 and 97.50 kgce respectively.The energy consumption per ton of steel in coking and ironmaking processes was lower than the domestic average level,while that in sintering,steelmaking and steel processing processes was higher than the domestic average level.In a word,the energy consumption saving level of W steel plant could be improved compared with the domestic leading level.The energy consumption of sintering,steelmaking and steel processing processes could be further reduced.
