摘要
社会网络关系可以助力企业实现技术的飞跃式发展,创新网络中的科技资源却并非均匀分布,而是因位置而异。研究创新网络节点位置与关系特征对于企业技术创新绩效的影响有助于企业更好地利用创新网络的技术与知识链条获取管理经验与信息,提高资源利用效率与技术创新能力。利用2017—2021年135家制造业A股上市公司的专利申请数据构造平衡面板,使用负二项回归与社会网络分析法研究企业在合作创新网络中的度数中心度与网络关系强度对于技术创新绩效的影响,研究表明度数中心度与网络关系强度均对企业技术创新绩效有正向影响。
Social network relationships can help enterprises to achieve technology leap,and the scientific and technological resources in the innovation network are not evenly distributed,but vary by location.Research on the influence of node location and relationship characteristics of innovation network on enterprise innovation performance is helpful for enterprises to make better use of technology and knowledge chain of innovation network to obtain management experience and information,and improve resource utilization efficiency and technological innovation ability.Based on the patent application data of 135 manufacturing A-share listed companies from 2017 to 2021,a balance panel was constructed,and negative binomial regression and social network analysis were used to study the influence of degree centrality and network relationship strength in the cooperative innovation network on technological innovation performance of enterprises.The results show that both degree centrality and network relationship strength have positive effects on technological innovation performance.
