摘要
为了建立化妆品中日勾维多细菌源菌检验方法,以标准菌株ATCC 33028和化妆品中分离的日勾维多细菌源菌为试验菌,配制选择性培养基和鉴别培养基,高效地鉴定日勾维多细菌源菌。日勾维多细菌源菌在双倍葡萄糖胆盐培养基中培养48 h后,均产酸、产气;在卵磷脂吐温80-七叶苷琼脂培养基上的菌落均为深灰色,菌落周围的培养基呈深褐色。利用双倍葡萄糖胆盐培养基和卵磷脂吐温80-七叶苷培养基初步建立化妆品中日勾维多细菌源菌检验方法,并有效地检测出了化妆品中的日勾维多细菌源菌。
In order to establish a method for the detection of Pluralibacter gergoviae in cosmetics,the standard strain ATCC 33028 and the Pluralibacter gergoviae isolated from cosmetics were used as the test bacteria,selective medium and identification medium were used to efficiently identify the Pluralibacter gergoviae.After being cultured in double glucose bile salt medium for 48 h,all the bacteria produced acid and gas.The colonies on the lecithin Tween 80-esculin medium were dark grey,and the medium around the colonies was dark brown.Using double glucose bile salt medium and lecithin Tween 80-esculin medium,a preliminary method for the detection of Pluralibacter gergoviae in cosmetics was established and the Pluralibacter gergoviae in cosmetics were effectively detected.
