摘要
橡苔和树苔的提取物通常用作化妆品的天然香料,但因成分复杂且缺乏标准检测方法,导致其含有的特征成分难以进行含量测定。基于此,介绍了橡苔和树苔的物种分类和加工应用,综述了橡苔提取物和树苔提取物特征成分的定性和定量分析方法,并对2种提取物的不同检测方法和关键特征成分进行了归纳,最后对液相色谱-串联质谱法作为共有特征成分β-苔黑酚羧酸甲酯的首选分析方法进行了概述。
As the natural flavor of cosmetics,characteristic components of oak moss extract and tree moss extract were difficult to effectively determine due to the complicated composition and lack of standard detection methods.Species classifications and processing applications of oak moss extract and tree moss extract were presented in this paper.Qualitative and quantitative analyses of their characteristic components were reviewed.Detection methods and key characteristic components were also summarized.Finally,liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry as the preferred analytical method for the common characteristic component methylβ-orcinolcarboxylate was clarified.
