摘要
聚乙烯管道在城镇燃气管道中被广泛应用。焊接接头是管道系统中的重要组成部分,其质量直接影响管道的安全运行。超声相控阵检测技术作为一种无损检测方法,在聚乙烯燃气管道焊接接头的质量控制中发挥着重要作用。对聚乙烯燃气管道焊接接头超声相控阵检测技术原理进行了介绍。通过对电熔接头和热熔接头超声相控阵检测的研究和实际应用的总结,提出了制定相关标准和规范的建议。
Polyethylene pipelines are widely used in urban gas pipelines.Welded joints are important components of pipeline systems,and their quality directly affects the safe operation of pipelines.As a non-destructive testing method,ultrasonic phased array testing technology plays an important role in the quality control of welded joints in polyethylene gas pipelines.This article introduces the principle of ultrasonic phased array inspection technology for welded joints of polyethylene gas pipelines.Based on the research and practical application of ultrasonic phased array detection for electric fusion joints and hot fusion joints,suggestions have been put forward for the formulation of relevant standards and specifications.
