摘要
表面粗糙度是指零件的加工表面具有的较小间距和微小峰谷的不平整度,表面粗糙度越小,表示加工表面越光滑。零件的表面粗糙度与其安装使用后的配合性质、耐磨性、疲劳强度以及电气性能等有着密切关系,对产品本身的使用寿命和可靠性有着重要影响。在零件设计图纸上,粗糙度一般采用Ra、Rz两种标注方式。
The surface roughness refers to the roughness of the machined surface with small spacing and small peaks and valleys.The smaller the surface roughness is,the smoother the surface is.Surface roughness is closely related to the matching property,wear resistance,fatigue strength and electrical performance of mechanical parts,and has an important impact on the service life and reliability of mechanical products.Roughness on drawings is generally marked in two ways:Ra and Rz.
