主动钻杆公接头螺纹断裂失效分析与优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对主动钻杆公接头大端螺纹断裂的质量问题,采用金相、拉伸、冲击试验对同批次的公接头螺纹端进行制样分析。研究表明,主动钻杆公接头螺纹渗碳淬火热处理技术要求若选取不合理,会直接导致公接头螺纹出现明显的淬硬组织,该缺陷组织会直接降低主动钻杆公接头螺纹的综合力学性能,使主动钻杆公接头螺纹在低进尺、交变载荷作用下提前发生螺纹断裂而掉钻。通过工艺研究得出,公接头螺纹表面渗碳淬火硬度53~58 HRC、层深0.3~0.5 mm,其金相组织及综合力学性能最佳。为了控制产品质量,优化了主动钻杆公接头螺纹的渗碳淬火技术要求,彻底消除了该类缺陷组织,主动钻杆公接头螺纹的综合力学性能及钻孔进尺的大幅提升,保证了产品质量。 Aiming at the quality issue of thread fracture at the large end of the active drill pipe male joint,the metallographic,tensile,and impact tests were used to analyze the sample preparation of the same batch of male joint thread ends.The research shows that if the technical requirements for carburizing and quenching heat treatment of male joint thread of active drill pipe are not properly selected,it will directly lead to obvious quenching hard tissue of male joint thread,which will directly reduce the comprehensive mechanical properties of male joint thread of active drill pipe,and make the male joint thread of active drill pipe break in advance and fall off under the action of low footage and alternating load.Through process research,it has been found that the surface of the male joint thread is carburized and quenched with hardness of 53-58 HRC and layer depth of 0.3-0.5 mm,so its metallographic structure and comprehensive mechanical properties are the best.In order to control the product quality,the technical requirements for carburizing and quenching of the male joint thread of the active drill pipe were optimized,such defective structures were completely eliminated,the comprehensive mechanical properties of the male joint thread of the active drill pipe and the drilling footage were greatly improved,and the product quality was guaranteed.
