摘要
针对目前综采工作面回撤过程中液压支架回撤工期长且安全性低的问题,设计了一种安全高效回撤液压支架的工字形回撤装备。通过SolidWorks建立了工字形回撤装备的三维模型,借助ANSYS Workbench开展了卡链器的静力学分析,并进行了模态分析,得到前6阶固有频率和主振型。结果表明:卡链器的最大变形量发生在顶部,变形量为0.18 mm,小于0.2 mm;最大应力集中在链条槽处,应力值为193.89 MPa,小于其许用应力245 MPa,卡链器模态分析的前6阶固有频率范围为1471~3484 Hz,验证了结构的合理性。
Aiming at the problems of long retracement period and low safety of hydraulic support in the retracement process of fully mechanized mining face,an H-shaped retracement equipment for safely and efficiently removing hydraulic support was designed.The three-dimensional model of H-shaped retracement equipment was established by Solid Works,the statics analysis and modal analysis of thechain clamp were carried out by ANSYS Workbench,and the first six natural frequencies and main modes were obtained.The results show that the maximum deformation of the fastener occurs when the top deformation is 0.18 mm less than 0.2 mm.The maximum stress is 193.89 MPa less than its allowable stress 245 MPa.The first six natural frequencies of modal analysis range from 1471~3484 Hz,which verifies the rationality of the structure.
