摘要
为提升油气矿业权管理研究工作的质量和效率,文章立足矿业权管理工作现状深入需求分析,基于ArcGIS软件构建了集成数据管理、综合分析、智慧成图、资源共享等功能的一体化、数字化矿业权管理研究应用平台,该平台将数据管理、应用分析、成果输出有机融合,解决当前矿业权管理工作中不同平台之间、软件之间的数据和图件的交换问题,打破传统“手工+目视”的制图模式,实现“所见即所得”的便捷效果,具备矿业权相关信息的检索查询、综合评价、一键成图、数据输出等功能,并以勘查区块变更延续登记论证进行实例分析。
In order to improve the quality and efficiency of research work on mining right management for oil and gas,the paper is based on the current situation of mining right management to conduct an in-depth demand analysis,and constructs an integrated and digital mining right management research and application platform with integrated data management,comprehensive analysis,intelligent mapping,resource sharing and other functions based on ArcGIS software.Organically integrating data management,application analysis and achievement output,the platform solves the problem of data and map exchange between different platforms and software in the current mining right management.Besides,it breaks the traditional"manual+visual"mapping mode,and realizes the convenient effect of"what you see is what you get".It has the functions of retrieval and query,comprehensive evaluation,oneclick mapping,and data output for mining right.Also,a case study is conducted by demonstrating the continuation registration of exploration block changes.
