摘要
针对挖金湾煤矿8108综采工作面回采期间将揭露的多条断层、火成岩侵蚀带等复杂地质构造体进行分析,指出过构造期间的顶底板岩性变化,为有效对质地坚硬的细砂岩、粉砂岩进行破碎,提出采取深浅孔联合爆破的技术方案,经过科学计算确定最小抵抗线、炮眼布置方式、单孔装药量、封孔深度、起爆顺序、爆破数量等具体参数,并提出结合现场具体情况采取的补充设计方案,经过实践证明,能有效提高过构造期间的推进速度,达到预期的爆破效果。
Aiming at the analysis of complex geological structures such as faults and igneous rock erosion zones exposed during the mining of No.8108 fully mechanized mining face in Wajinwan Mine,the lithological changes of roof and floor during the construction period were pointed out.In order to effectively crush the hard fine sandstone and siltstone,the technical scheme of deep and shallow hole combined blasting was proposed.Through scientific calculation,the specific parameters such as minimum resistance line,blasthole arrangement,single hole charge,hole sealing depth,detonation sequence and blasting number were determined,and the supplementary design scheme combined with the specific situation of the site was put forward.Practice had proved that the advance speed during the construction period was effectively improved.The expected blasting effect was achieved.
