摘要
吲哚丁酸和褐藻酸寡糖均可促进植物生长。为了筛选出可以促进小麦种子发芽及幼苗生长的促根剂,本试验采用不同浓度吲哚丁酸和褐藻酸寡糖对小麦种子进行浸种催芽,测定不同处理小麦的发芽势、发芽率、株高、根长、植株鲜重与干重。结果表明,综合考虑小麦种子发芽及幼苗生长情况,褐藻酸寡糖最佳处理浓度为150 mg/L,吲哚丁酸最佳处理浓度为50 mg/L。
Both indobutyric acid and alginate oligosaccharides can promote plant growth.In order to screen root promoting agents that can promote the seed germination and seedling growth of wheat,this experiment used different concentrations of indobutyric acid and alginate oligosaccharides to soak and promote the germination of wheat seeds.The germination potential,germination rate,plant height,root length,fresh weight and dry weight of wheat with different treatments were measured.The results showed that,taking into account the seed germination and seedling growth of wheat,the optimal treatment concentration for alginate oligosaccharides was 150 mg/L,and the optimal treatment concentration for indobutyric acid was 50 mg/L.
