摘要
采用一般资料调查表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和自制的实习情况问卷,分别于实习中期和实习后期对2023届上海健康医学院本科护理实习生260名进行网络问卷调查,并采用χ^(2)检验、二元Logistic回归进行数据分析,评估本科护理实习生在临床实习中期和后期的焦虑现况及其主要影响因素,为改善实习生临床实习焦虑提出有效干预措施。研究表明,本科护生SAS评分高于国内常模,学校和实习医院可提供人际沟通课程及心理咨询,从而减轻本科护生焦虑,提升护生临床实习质量。
The general information questionnaire,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-made internship questionnaire were adopted to conduct an online questionnaire survey on 260 undergraduate nursing interns of 2023 grade of Shanghai University of Medicine&Health Sciences in the mid-and post-term of internship.Χ^(2)test and binary Logistic regression were used for data analysis to evaluate the anxiety status and main influencing factors of undergraduate nursing interns in the mid-and post-term of clinical internship.The paper aims to propose effective intervention measures to improve the anxiety of interns in clinical practice.The research shows that the SAS scores of undergraduate nursing students are higher than the domestic normal.Schools and practice hospitals can provide interpersonal communication courses and psychological counseling,so as to reduce the anxiety of undergraduate nursing students and improve the quality of clinical internship of nursing students.
