摘要
电气设备接头安装时存在的问题,如因接触面凸凹不平导致发热等缺陷,给设备运行带来了安全隐患。现有电气设备接头表面不平整,接头之间存在缝隙,而且易氧化和出现逐步上升的接触电阻。为解决这些问题,本文开展了低温合金材料的调研及实验分析,研究了基于低熔点合金材料填充的电气接头现场制作流程及工艺标准,开发了相应的加工设备以提高设备的运行可靠性,从而减少电路发热缺陷的频繁出现。
Due to problems during the installation of electrical equipment joints,such as heating caused by uneven contact surfaces,safety hazards have been brought to the operation of the equipment.The surface of existing electrical equipment joints is uneven,there are gaps between the joints,and they are prone to oxidation and gradually increasing contact resistance.To address these issues,this paper conducted research and experimental analysis on low-temperature alloy materials,studied the on-site manufacturing process and process standards of electrical connectors filled with low melting point alloy materials,and developed corresponding processing equipment to improve the operational reliability of the equipment and reduce the frequent occurrence of electrical circuit heating defects.
