摘要
普通教师的融合教育素养已成为影响融合教育质量提升的关键因素之一。采用《教师融合教育素养问卷》对毕节市275名乡村小学教师进行调查研究,以了解其融合教育素养及影响因素。结果发现:毕节市乡村小学教师融合教育素养为一般水平,各维度得分依次为:专业态度>专业技能>获取支持能力>专业知识,除专业态度和专业技能得分无显著差异外,其他维度之间均有显著差异。毕节市乡村小学教师的融合教育素养在是否有资源教室、是否学习过特殊教育相关课程、是否接受过特殊教育相关培训、工作岗位上有显著差异。据此建议:完善毕节市融合教育资源支持体系,加强教师融合教育素养的职前教育和职后培训。
The inclusive education competence of ordinary teachers has become one of the key factors affecting the quality improvement of inclusive education.A total of 275 rural primary school teachers in Bijie were investigated by using the Inclusive Education Competence Questionnaire to understand their inclusive education competence and its influencing factors.The results show that the inclusive education competence of rural primary school teachers in Bijie is at the general level,and the scores of each dimension are in the order of professional attitude>professional skills>capacity of acquiring supports>professional knowledge.Except for no significant difference in the scores of professional attitude and professional skills,there are significant differences among other dimensions.There are significant differences in resource classrooms,special education-related courses,special education-related training and job positions of rural primary school teachers in Bijie.Therefore,it is suggested to improve the support system of inclusive education resources in Bijie and strengthen the pre-service education and post-service training of teachers'inclusive education competence.
