摘要 【目的】探寻不同类型肥料对当归产量和品质的影响,为当归生态种植提供科学依据和参考。【方法】在化肥、生物菌肥和有机肥的基础上设置7个不同处理(T_(1)磷酸二铵750kg/hm^(2)、T_(2)生物菌肥2250kg/hm^(2)、T_(3)生物菌肥2250 kg/hm^(2)+有机肥6000 kg/hm^(2)、T_(4)有机肥12000 kg/hm^(2)、T5有机肥18000 kg/hm^(2)、T6有机肥24000 kg/hm^(2)和T7有机肥30000 kg/hm^(2)),以不施肥为对照(CK),收获期测定当归产量和品质。【结果】不同类型肥料对提高当归产量及构成因素、主要活性物质含量以及体外抗氧化能力具有显著影响。其中,T_(3)处理(生物菌肥+有机肥)效果最佳。T_(3)相对于CK,根干质量、根长、侧根数和根直径分别增加172%、161%、138%和155%;以单株计算,阿魏酸、藁本内酯、可溶性糖、总黄酮、总酚类化合物含量以及总积累量分别增加224%、181%、146%、163%、181%和224%,DPPH抑制率和FRAP值分别增加165%和182%。相关性分析显示,活性物质总含量与DPPH抑制率和FRAP值均呈显著正相关,相关系数r分别达到0.7115和0.7488。【结论】生物菌肥2250 kg/hm^(2)+有机肥6000 kg/hm^(2)(T_(3))施用量可显著提高当归产量和品质,其效果要优于施用化肥、单一施用生物菌肥和过度施用有机肥。 【Objective】To find out the effect of different types of fertilizers on the yield and quality of Angelica sinensis,and to provide a scientific basis and important reference for ecological planting of A.sinen-sis.【Method】Seven different types of fertilizers(T_(1) diammonium phosphate 750 kg/hm^(2),T_(2) bacterial ma-nure 2250 kg/hm^(2),T_(3) bacterial manure 2250 kg/hm^(2)+organic fertilizer 6000 kg/hm^(2),T_(4) organic fertilizer 12000 kg/hm^(2),T5 organic fertilizer 18000 kg/hm^(2),T6 organic fertilizer 24000 kg/hm^(2) and T7 organic fertil-izer 30000 kg/hm^(2))were designed based on chemical fertilizer,bacterial manure and organic fertilizer with-out fertilization as the control(CK),and the yield and quality of A.sinensis were determined at the harvest-ing stage.【Result】There were significant effects of different types of fertilizers on yield and its compo-nents,contents of major bioactive compounds,and antioxidant capacity in vitro of A.sinensis.Among of the seven fertilizers,the T_(3)(bacterial manure+organic fertilizer)showed the best effects compared to CK,T_(1)(chemical fertilizer),T_(2)(bacterial manure),and T_(4),T5,T6,T7(different amounts of organic fertilizer).Com-paring T_(3) with CK,root dry weight(DW),root length,number of lateral roots,and root diameter increased by 172%,161%138%and 155%,respectively.On a per plant basis,the content of ferulic acid,ligustilide,soluble sugars,total flavonoids,total phenolics,and total amount of major bioactive compounds increased by 224%,181%,146%,163%,181%and 224%,respectively.On a per plant basis,the percentage of DPPH and FRAP value increased by 165%and 182%,respectively.Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive relationship between the total amount of major bioactive compounds and the percentage of DPPH and FRAP value,with the r values of 0.7115 and 0.7488,respectively.【Conclusion】The T_(3)(bacterial manure 2250 kg/hm^(2)+organic fertilizer 6000 kg/hm^(2))can significantly improve the yield and quality of A.sinensis.It is n
