摘要
随着人们生活水平的提升,汽车从简单的满足运输功能,逐渐上升到了产品性能、产品结构的角逐。而在汽车内饰件的各种设计指标中,包含使用便捷性、整洁美观性的使用舒适度评价指标越来越受到用户的关注[1]。中央杯托储物盒作为车辆上使用频次最高的储物区域,却存在结构功能单一、拿取不便、不易清理等问题。本文中针对上述问题,提出了一种优化产品结构的方案,通过调整储物区空间布局,增设柔性卷帘门的方法,提高产品性能,改善了用户使用舒适性。
With the improvement of people's living standards,vehicles as an important means to improve life,into thousands of households.Automobile from simple to meet the transportation function,gradually rising to product performance,product structure competition.Among the various design indexes of automobile interior trim,the evaluation indexes of use comfort,including ease of use,cleanliness and beauty,have attracted more and more attention from users[1].The central cup-holder storage box is the most frequently used storage area on the vehicle,but it has some problems such as single structure and function,inconvenient access and difficult cleaning.Aiming at the above problems,this paper proposes a scheme to optimize the product structure.By adjusting the spatial layout of storage area and adding flexible rolling shutter doors,the product performance and user comfort are improved.
