摘要
目的分析临床血液检验中运用直接细菌鉴定、药物敏感(药敏)试验法的效果。方法200例本院住院部及门诊患者的血液标本,均开展直接细菌鉴定与药敏试验法。分析直接细菌鉴定对各项病原菌检验的符合率、药敏试验法对药物敏感符合率,比较两种方法的检验时间。结果直接细菌鉴定对克雷伯杆菌、埃希氏菌、假单胞杆菌、肠球菌、不动杆菌、葡萄球菌、甲型副伤寒菌以及其他病原菌的检验符合率均为100.00%。直接细菌鉴定的检验时间(32.19±6.49)min短于药敏试验法的(57.93±8.61)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。药敏试验法检验中革兰阳性球菌(G+球菌)对药物耐药、中度敏感、敏感的符合率分别为90.00%、90.91%、85.33%,革兰阴性杆菌(G-杆菌)对药物耐药、中度敏感、敏感的符合率分别为89.33%、91.11%、93.75%。结论临床血液检验中应用直接细菌鉴定、药敏试验法均可以取得较好的结果,但直接细菌鉴定检验时间较短,可以更进一步缩短患者治疗等待的时间,故临床可以优先推广直接细菌鉴定的运用。
Objective To analyze the effect of direct bacterial identification and drug sensitivity test in clinical blood test.Methods Direct bacterial identification and drug susceptibility test were carried out in 200 blood samples from inpatients and outpatients in our hospital.The coincidence rate of pathogens under direct bacterial identification and coincidence rate of drug sensitivity under drug sensitivity test were analyzed,and the inspection time between the two methods was compared.Results The coincidence rate of direct bacterial identification for Klebsiella pneumoniae,Escherichia,Pseudomonas,Enterococcus,acinetobacter,Staphylococcus,paratyphi A and other pathogens was 100.00%.The inspection time of(32.19±6.49)min of direct bacterial identification was shorter than that of(57.93±8.61)min of drug sensitivity test,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Under the drug sensitivity test,the coincidence rates of gram positive cocci(G+cocci)for drug resistance,moderate sensitivity,and sensitivity were 90.00%,90.91%,and 85.33%;the coincidence rates of gram negative bacilli(G-bacilli)for drug resistance,moderate sensitivity,and sensitivity were 89.33%,91.11%,and 93.75%.Conclusion Both direct bacterial identification and drug sensitivity test in clinical blood test can achieve better results,but the inspection time of direct bacterial identification is less,which can further reduce the waiting time of patients,so the application of direct bacterial identification can be promoted in clinical practice.
