摘要
“双创”教育融入高校思政教学有助于培养大学生担当意识,引导学生树立正确的择业和就业观念,实现高校创新型人才培养目标。目前“双创”教育融入高校思政教学中存在教育理念落后、教育内容融合程度较低、教学方式单一、教师教学实践能力较低等问题。这就需要更新教育理念,加强教育内容的有机整合,创新思政教学方式,加强教师培训,提升教师教学实践能力。
Integrating the mass entrepreneurship and innovation education into the ideological and political education in colleges helps to cultivate a sense of responsibility among college students,and guide them to develop proper values on career selection and employment,achieving the goal of training innovative talents in colleges and universities.Uptill now,problems have been found in the teaching practice of integrating the mass entrepreneurship and innovation into the ideological and political education in colleges and universities,such as old-typed educational concept,inefficient integration of teaching content,monotonous teaching methods and incapability in teaching practice.Therefore,we should renew the educational concept,stress the organic integration of educational content,innovate the approaches to carry out the ideological and political education,strengthen the training on teachers’qualification and quality,and enhance the ability of teachers'teaching practice。
