摘要
圈层化是近年来在青年群里形成的一种普遍现象,网络技术的普及为圈层化的群体现象提供了基本的平台和交流方式,圈层化现象逐步传导至社会结构层面。对于当代大学生来说,刚步入大学校园的青年对网络圈层的认识不足,但诉求不断扩大,容易对大学生行为存在一定的影响,同时对高校思政工作也存在一定的挑战。通过剖析网络圈层化现象及对高校思政工作的挑战,思考网络圈层化下高校思政工作的优化路径,化解挑战及困境。
Stratification is a common phenomenon that has emerged in youth groups in recent years.The popularization of network technology provides a basic platform and communication method for the phenomenon of hierarchical groups.The phenomenon of hierarchical groups is gradually transmitted to the level of social structure.For contemporary college students,young people who have just entered university campuses have insufficient understanding of the network circle,but their demands are constantly expanding,which can easily have a certain impact on their behavior and pose certain challenges to ideological and political work in universities.This article analyzes the phenomenon of network layering and the challenges it poses to ideological and political work in universities,ponders on the optimization path of ideological and political work in universities under network layering,and resolves the challenges and difficulties.
