摘要
为了解决大型舰船驻泊时系泊缆绳瞬时张力过大而发生断裂的问题,提出一种岸基恒张力系泊装置,采用容积变化式的恒张力液压控制原理,主要内容包括设计要求及工作原理、理论计算及关键元器件选型、机械结构设计、液压系统设计、系统仿真。分析结果表明:此系泊装置在不改变现有系泊设施和缆绳的情况下,可以将系泊缆绳张力控制在一个相对固定的范围内,从而可以确保缆绳不发生断裂,并且可单独安装,需要的能量很少,经济实用。
In order to solve the problem of breakage of mooring ropes due to excessive instantaneous tension when large ships are berthed,a shore-based constant tension mooring device was proposed,in which the volume-changing constant tension hydraulic con⁃trol principle was adopted.The main content included design requirements and work principles,theoretical calculations,key compo⁃nent selection,mechanical structure design,hydraulic system design,and system simulation.The analysis results show that this mooring device can control the mooring rope tension within a relatively fixed range without changing the existing mooring facilities and cables,thereby ensuring that the cables do not break and can be installed separately.It requires very little energy and is economical and practical.
