摘要 随着城市化与社会经济的快速发展,建筑工程规模日益扩大,对技术管理和节能减排的需求逐渐增长。针对建筑工程技术管理及节能减排领域中的主要问题进行了深入分析,通过实际施工过程的考察,揭示了技术管理制度的不完善和资源整合不足等关键问题。为应对这些问题,需高度重视施工安全,完善管理制度,确保施工图纸的准确性和完整性,并强化绿色建筑全生命周期的管理,实现建筑工程的技术管理和节能减排的目标,确保建筑工程的可持续性和效率。 With the rapid development of urbanization and socio-economic development,the scale of construction projects is increasingly expanding,and the demand for technical management and energy conservation and emission reduction is gradually increasing.The article provides in-depth analysis of the main issues in thesefields,and through the investigation of the actual construction process,reveals key issues such as the imperfect technical management system and insufficient resource integration.To address these issues,it is necessary to attach great importance to construction safety,improve management systems,ensure the accuracy and completeness of construction drawings,and strengthen the management of green buildings throughout their entire life cycle,achieving the goals of technical management and energy conservation and emission reduction in construction projects,and ensuring the sustainability and efficiency of construction projects.
