通过介绍BIM技术的基本特点及其在城市建筑工程中的广泛应用情况,详细阐述了该技术在建筑工程质量监督管理方面的作用和优势。基于对BIM技术在工程质量监督管理中应用案例的分析,发现BIM技术可以提高工程信息的精确性、可靠性和实时性,有效减少人为误差。通过BIM技术在工程质量监督管理领域的广泛应用和推广,可以在确保质量监督管理效果的同时,进一步提升监督管理的安全系数,为城市建筑工程质量监督管理部门和相关从业人员提供更多的参考。
By introducing the basic characteristics of BIM technology and its widespread application in urban construction projects,the role and advantages of this technology in quality supervision and management of construction projects are elaborated in detail.Based on the analysis of the application cases of BIM technology in engineering quality supervision and management,it is found that BIM technology can improve the accuracy,reliability,and real-time of engineering information,effectively reducing human error.The widespread application and promotion of BIM technology in the field of engineering quality supervision and management can ensure the effectiveness of quality supervision and management,further improve the safety factor of supervision and management,and provide more references for urban construction engineering quality supervision and management departments and relevant practitioners.
