摘要
目的观察并探讨通腑散敷脐联合艾灸治疗胸腰椎骨折后胃肠功能紊乱的临床效果。方法选取2017年6月—2021年6月胸腰椎骨折后胃肠功能紊乱患者108例,用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各54例。对照组予常规处理,观察组在对照组的基础上加用通腑散敷脐联合艾灸治疗,比较2组胃肠道功能恢复情况、首次排气时间、首次排便时间、临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组首次排气时间、首次排便时间、胃肠功能恢复时间均少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率为92.59%(50/54),明显高于对照组的77.78%(42/54),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于稳定型胸腰椎骨折后胃肠功能紊乱的患者,通腑散敷脐联合艾灸治疗比常规对症处理效果较好,并且不良反应少。
Objective To observe and explore the clinical effect of Tongfu powder compress umbilicus combined with moxibustion in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after thoracolumbar fracture.Methods From June 2017 to June 2021,108 patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction after thoracolumbar fracture were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 54 cases in each.The control group was given symptomatic treatment of abdominal distension and constipation,while the observation group was given Tongfu powder compress umbilicus combined with moxibustion.The recovery of gastrointestinal function,first exhaust time and first defecation time were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the first exhaust time,first defecation time and gastrointestinal function recovery time in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.59%(50/54),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.78%,42/54),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after stable thoracolumbar fracture,compared with the conventional symptomatic treatment,the effect of Tongfu powder compress umbilicus combined with moxibustion is better,and has less adverse reactions.
