摘要
为协调乡村地区周边环境、居住环境与经济性间的矛盾,将《大连市农村居民房屋建设标准图集》中的四个标准户型作为研究对象,以低碳排、高舒适、低成本为目标,基于多目标进化算法对农宅围护结构进行寻优,运用优劣解距离法对目标进行赋权将优化结果划分为低碳型、舒适型、经济型、权衡型四类,使用者可根据自身需求做出最合适的方案决策。结果表明四种户型在三个目标上均有一定的优化潜力,且四个户型的优化方案具有一定的规律性,总结后得出适用于辽南地区农村的围护结构优化方案。
Four standard house types in the Standard Atlas of Dalian Rural Residents'Housing Construction are tak-en to study the contradiction between the surrounding environment,living environment and economy in rural areas.The rural house envelope structure is optimized based on multi-objective evolutionary algorithm with the goal of low carbon emission,high comfort,and low cost.The optimal results are divided into four categories,which are,low-car-bon type,comfortable type,economical type,and tradeoff type.The results show that the four house types have a cer-tain optimization potential in the three objectives,and the optimization scheme of the envelope structure suitable for rural areas in southern Liaoning is concluded.
