摘要
目的探讨集束化护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(acute exacerbation phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,AECOPD)合并呼吸衰竭患者护理舒适度和满意度中的应用。方法方便选取2021年6月—2022年12月盐城市第一人民医院接诊的AECOPD合并呼吸衰竭患者65例,利用随机数表法分成对照组32例和观察组33例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予集束化护理。对比两组患者生活质量分数、舒适度分数和满意度差异。结果护理前,两组患者生活质量分数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者生活质量分数显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组舒适度分数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组舒适度分数较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后护理满意率为96.97%较对照组的75.00%更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.574,P=0.010)。结论集束化护理的应用,可显著提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期合并呼吸衰竭患者在院期间舒适度,提高患者的护理效果和满意率。
Objective To explore the application of cluster nursing in acute exacerbation phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)exacerbation phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with respiratory failure.Methods 65 patients with AECOPD complicated with respiratory failure who were admitted to Yancheng First Peoples Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were conveniently selected.and divided into control group(32 cases)and observation group(33 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given cluster nursing.The quality of life score,comfort score and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,the difference was not statistical significance in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,comfort scores of the two groups,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After nursing,the comfort score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 96.97% higher than 75.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.574,P=0.010).Conclusion The application of cluster nursing can significantly improve the comfort of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure during hospital,and improve the nursing effect and satisfaction rate of patients.
